Intern

Our Interns are here to learn how to build a consultant business. They are also affiliates of Winning Way Secrets. Interns have the ability to earn while they learn how to design, build and grow their own business.

Associate

An Associate member, often refered to as a Vested Interest Partner. You are of course able to work with other programs. As an Internet Business Consultant you are here not only to build your own business but to help your own Interns to build their business. You are here not only to design, build and grow you own business, but to manage an organization using the WinAssoc & Winning Way Model. An Associate member works with his other Interns and Associates while he is learning the trade.

Executive

An Executive member, can only be an executive when he or she completes the Internet Business Consultant course, creates a program of his own and has built no less than five Associate members in his organization. I have been considered to be an hard a-- but no one can buy their way into being an Executive.

Affiliate

Earn while you learn by recommendng the products and services of the Winning Way Secrets and our hand picked Affiliate Partners. Our Affiliate Members earn from 40 - 50% of their sales depending on their own membership level.

The Compensation

Interns and Associates

At the Intern level a person would have little knowledge in how things work, he has to have someone to turn to. He finds a client, then together with his upline Manager, he learns the rope by doing. Depending on his knowledge, he sells the client, then subs out the technology he doesn't yet know how to do. In this way, the Intern is paid first, he then pays the Manager 60% and retains 40% of the sale. Example: Say the sale is a 5 page standard website at $99.00. You have made the sale and completed the interview. You pay your manager $60.00, he then does all of the work of designing and getting the site online. You made $40.00 for your efforts. You have a client you can continue to work with.

Managers

At the Manager level, remember you are more a coach than a manager. You are working with people in business for themselves. They are not working for you. As a manager, you will be working with your Interns and Associates. We will be doing the training so you can spend your time actually coaching your Interns, getting them to the conferences, going over their checklists and most important helping them to get clients.

Example: If you have 5 Interns in your organization. Each of them brings you one new client each week. You have 5 sites to build in a week. Each of your Interns has earned $39.00. You have designed 5 sites and have earned $300.00 for the week.

With 5 internes in your organization each paying $9.95 per month, you will also earn $19.80 in Affiliate fees.

Your job is to move Internes to the Associate level.

At Manager level, your Interns are beginning to learn how to work with other people. They are beginning to work with others who also want to learn how to be a consultant. You can remain at Manager level yourself earning the same two income streams, however when you have moved 5 up to the Manager level, you can earn 50% of $29.95 and 50% of the $9.95. If you have 5 contributing $29.95 per month and another 5 contributing $9.95 per month your income in commissions will be $199.50 + whatever you earned designing sites for your clients and for your Interns.

At Executive Level

It is the purpose of an Executive to lead his team. The executive is there to assist his interns, associates and managers. It is his position to answer questions, give advice - in other words be the senior consultant for his organization. He can still earn by doing the work for his Interns or Associates or he can choose to let the Managers do the work as it comes in. It is his job to know who is the best within his organization to delegate work and commission to. Those that do the best work of course will get more work.

It works because it is a cash business.

The Intern collects the cash from his customer and pays his manager before the work is done. As a person gets better and better at what he is doing, he will pass on less and less work thereby earning more of his initial contract with his client.

It is truly win-win since the client receives the best of the best in a site, and the Intern and Associate earns his commission while he learns the ropes.

Teaching Classes

You are of course at the Manager Level and above able to deliver classes of your own. My Saturday class is $199.00 per student. I aim for 10. That's $1999.00 for 8 hours work. The product of the course is a person who has created his first 5 page static website and has it alive on the Internet. The Conference solution I use is GoToMeeting at $49.00 per month. If you would do 4 Saturday classes each month, you could earn $7996 by working one day a week. The overhead is the conference facility and your Internet Connection. 4 weeks X 8 hours = 32 hours of work. Hey, anyway you slice it that adds up to $249.80 per hour. Suppose you could only get 1 student for 8 hours of work, my friend that is still $199.00 or $24.87 per hour for an 8 hour day.

As an Executive, you really won't need us anymore and can work your own business. You will still be able to earn your referal fees from your affiliates. As long as you stay a member, you can joint venture with us and work in any capacity you choose. Executives will also receive all the source materials from the WinAssoc & the Winning Way model. In that way, the model will have a chance to live on beyond Winning Way Secrets with your very own consultancy.
